All Hole In One Canada programs in the various regions include the following:

Staffing / Supervision... 1 - 4 hosts / greeters, depending upon the selected program

Built-in insurance costs for the hole-in-one prizes

Set-up of the prize program at designated par three hole(s)
- Prizes awarded to each golfer who...
- Lands on the green of one par three hole (Usually 25% of all golfers)
- Is closest to the pin of one par three hole (1 or 2 winners, as desired)
- Lands on a dropsheet mat (Usually every 2 -3 tournaments)
- 2012 Budds' vehicles on-site (Supreme and specially upgraded programs).
- Sending each event co-ordinator an electronic copy of the selected prize program format, specific to the tournament, golf course hole(s) / yardage and prizing
- Hole In One Canada staff will arrive an hour pior to your shotgun start, introduce themselves and set-up at designated hole(s) in anticipation of greeting each foursome.
- Provide additional staff, where necessary, to act as "spotters" at designated holes. ($120 additional cost per person)
