Q. Can we upgrade any of your programs (i.e. Bronze, Silver) with vehicle and / or cash hole-in-one prize?
A. Absolutely!! We are here to meet your tournament needs. Charges will be dependent upon the additional insurance costs of desired prize(s). To calculate these additional insurance costs, please click on the "Insurance Coverage" tab of the "Services" menu, above, and apply the formula provided.
Q. Can I customize a program due to a Hole In One Canada sponsor and / or product conflict with clients playing in our tournament?
A. Again, the answer is Yes!! Please let us know what the potential product / service conflict is and we will create a solution with alternative prizing.
Q. Is signage included?
A. Yes, our 24” X 36” hole-in-one signs visually reinforce the prize offering for whatever program is provided.
Q. Do you provide staff at the designated par threes?
A. Yes, our hosts are at the tee box to welcome golfers and inform them about yardage / prizing opportunities.
Q. Will Hole In One Canada provide additional hosts for the Gold and Platinum programs?
A. Yes, we will secure an additional host at a cost of $120. This additional cost will be added to your Hole In One Canada invoice.
Q. Is insurance included in the program cost?
A. Yes, the insurance coverage is included in each program.
Q. Is there any additional cost for a vehicle on-site?
A. Within most regions. There is a $75 surcharge for vehicle delivery with our Platinum and 27 Hole Programs
Q. What is the process for obtaining your services?
A. Send us an e-mail (pfehrens@cogeco.ca) or complete the online order form with the specific event information and program request.
Q. How do I (we) pay for the Hole In One Canada services?
A. You will be invoiced directly by Hole In One Canada for our program. Please note, however, when tournaments are held at ClubLink courses, that you will be invoiced directly by ClubLink for our programs costs. (Hole In One Canada will invoice you only for upgrades that result in additional insurance, staffing and / or progrtam costs)
